New Guy
Hi all,
I think there's a "New Guy" posting section, so apologies if this is to be posted there. Just bought a 2007 CLK 350 Couple. Premium I and some other minor opts., Iridium Silver/black.
New to Mercedes, last car was a 2003 BMW Z4 which I loved, but needed more room. Not quite ready for a proper four door sedan so the CLK fit the bill quite nicely. Anxious to read the posts and learn some more about the car.
First, the most important question for me. I have 17" stock wheels, live in pothole-heaven Manhattan. Had 17's on the Beemer and wound up bending three out of four. Are these Merc wheels prone to bend easily? In other words, should I shell out the dough for the wheel/tire insurance? Thanks in advance!
