My hydraulic system failure so I have to manually open the sop-top. After loosening the button of the pump, 2 round buttons of the rear cylinders, open 2 latches above the trunk. When I loop the 2 straps to pull the top up, I saw a plastic bar is broken (in the picture). What the usage of this plastic bar. Does the strap pull it up? If it has broken, can I manually pull the metal top up?
