How to remove wing mirror glass

Hi all.
Can someone tell me how to remove the wing mirror glass on my 2003 CLK 270 cdi?

Take the easy route - just get a replacement piece that sits on top of the old mirror.
lowest price I found was atcar-stuff.com for $33 with shipping.
