The bottom of my front bumper on my 2001 Clk 430 Cabriolet broke on a parking space cement curb/block thing that they have in all of the parking lots. I went to get a quote to replace it and it was $1,400. I believe I can replace it myself, but I don't know where to order one without a shop marking up the price. Can you tell me where I could find one? I could always have it painted to match the car...

Theres at least 5 on ebay at good prices.

 

Ebay has a dozen of them. It's cheaper for you to have it painted and install it yourself. It's pretty easy.

there are lots of stores out there, i'm sure you will be able to find bumpers for your ride.

 

The same thing happened to my bumper and the body shop said they could easily repair ir. So, maybe you should check one out in your neighborhood instead of paying 1,400.... Good luck...

 

Just keep checking e-bay. In time you will get one. If not I can get it at cost. Shipping might run you a few extra $. It will be alot cheaper then 1400.00. you can send me a PM for more info.
