Default Flex Plate/Disk

Hey guys, I am wondering if anyone can provide the best way to change the flex plate/disk on a 02 430 without putting it in lhm. I have done this on older cars so know what to do if there is not alot of electronics, but now days everything has to be so high tech you can't even change a thermostat. I want to make sure i do this right cause to get the car to the shop in lhm would take awhile cause the closest shop i know that has the special computer is about 7-10 miles away from me. any assistance would be wonderful since i would like to do this this weekend when i go to do the ball joints. Oh btw does anyone know the torque for the bolts on the ball joints. I don't want to mess anything up on my car.
