Default Engine management light

Hi guys your knowledge & experience is required again!

My (orange) EML has come up again on my 2001 CLK...... It 1st did so last week & i bought it back to the showroom as it is still got an engine & gearbox warranty ..... the garage kept it for 2 days & said they had 1st tried to replace 1 of the air intake sensors [onthe top of the engine] & then said their diagnosis showed it required other sensors, so i believe they put back the original air intake sensor[top of engine]& replace another [this time I saw my car up in the air & the mechanic fitting something to the underneath] .... this switched off the EML, but that only lasted 2 days ........... Any ideas????

Secondly, on da cosemtic front ....... I'm looking for an alternative front grille (preferably in black) & (preferably with only 3 or 4 "fins") ... Again any ideas???

Thanks in advance

camshaft rotator cuff is leaking. this is an magnetic seal that stops oil from engine gettig into electric man sys. Change it immediately. Merc garage will charge £1600 to change it and wiring loop! This can be avoided if sensor is drained and reset regularly
