Default CLK200 cooling sensor location?

Hello lads, i have a problem with mine CLK200, its overheating and fan does not kick in when it goes above normal temperature. Fan it self is working ( we conected it directly) .

And i was at mechanics who connected mine car to a computer and finded out, that cooling sensor (fan)is foulty.

Now problem is, we cant find the darn thing. We found one, on the head of engine under the plastic cover. But there should be secend one. Maybe someone found it? Or have some kind of manual for clk200?

Cheers!

Btw i am new in MB crew. Got mine merc 1 weak ago. Happy to join your community lads!

I have clk 320 2000 and am having a similar problem. I changed the cooling sensor (the one under the plastic cover of the engine,L shaped) twice, and the fan still doesnt sping fast enough to cool the engine down when it goes above the normal temperature. We connected the fan to the battery directly and the fan spinned fast enough to cool the engine down. Does any one know a solution to this problem?
