Default CLK Cpe Wind Noise Experiences

Hi I have an 04' CLK cpe and have been having problems with wind noise observed at 45mph and up. Initially it was from the front driver window and after the dealer fixed that the noise is now observed from the rear window..it is not highly noticeable, however it is observed slightly. The dealer tried to fix the problem 4 times without success, and after taking their techs on a drive together he observed the noise, now they tell me it is the best they can do and it is to MB specs. The noise level is still the same.

Does anyone else out there have this problem, what is the next step to approach MB with the service manager telling me that's all they can do, is there a higher level we can take this issue.??

i have the same problem with both of my rears and leaking in the front windows but i don't know what to tell you. check the seal around your back window though. if you sit in your backseat look at the seal around the quarter window. in mine i can clearly see open space. you may just need that seal replaced

CLKs do not have frames around the windows. What happens is that people push the glass to close the doors instead of the doors. Over time, the window glass gets loose because of the push. My car does not have this problem because I ask passengers when they leave my car (very politely) to use the door and not the glass to shut the car door.
It is funny, I was at Smythe European Mercedes in San Jose, CA and the service guy opened the door and took down the mileage and he did use the glass to close the car door. Talking about a Mercedes Service guy who does not know how to treat Mercedes!
