After a drive, I turned the car off and saw the gas, asr, hazard lights were blinking, even after removing key from ignition. It was also beeping. Is this some sort of error code?Any suggestions would be very helpful.

no, not an error code. you got problems. if it was doing that with the key out of the ignition there is something going on. did you have any work done on it recently? bulbs? at dealer for something? could really be anything at all.

 

No not at all. Do you think a wire problem? I do hear a ticking coming from what I think is 2 soloiends(I know that spelled wrong) that are connected to the one of the radiator hoses, about 5/8" hose. Any Ideas with these clues?
