Default Analog clock on 2009 CLK550

I am trying to set my analog clock and cannot figure out how to do it and cannot find any answers on YouTube or Google. All of the directions I have found tell me to go into settings and then go to time/date, however when I go into settings there is no time/date option. The only options I have are convenience, lighting, vehicle and instrument cluster. Any suggestions ideas or instructions?

I've put in a new head unit, is there any other way to set the clock considering that? Thanks!

Hello jim, park your car in a garage so that your GPS no longer has a satellite connection. wait about 5 minutes and now set your time and date. Also try to set a different time zone. If you then make contact with the GPS signal again, you will see that the analog clock returns to the correct time. you have to give it a try.

good luck.

I had the same issue with my '03 320. My solution would have been to disconnect the battery at exactly 12 AM or PM, but in the end. the last time it came back from the workshop they had somehow fixed it and the time adjustment appeared in the instrument cluster menu. I think they needed a particular tool / software tool to set something like 'NAV=FALSE'. Not sure of the exact details, but it's possible. ...might help a bit...?
