Someone already posted the first two here. The phoney airbag and the lights. BTW, the music for the lights was simulcasted on radio. He didn't play it out loud from his house. That's what I read somewhere, anyway.
The buttrocket was a "stunt" in Jackass, the Movie. Steve-O never had one get stuck, though. I guess doing it right is an art?
