Aftermarket Navigation
Hi everybody, im sory if this question has been asked already but i havnt had a good grasp of solutions for it.
Anyways i drive a 2005 CLK 320 with the regular CD player Unit. I want to install an aftermarket in dash navigation. The one i was looking at getting was the Pioneer AVIC-Z3. Now what i want to know is if this is compatible with my car. Will i stil be able to use the volume, phone and other controlls with my stearing wheel. And also how difficult will it be to install successfully. Thanks in advanced for the help, i really appreciate it. If anyone knows where i can alternatively get it installed, that would be great. Thank you.

I'm going through the same thing with my CLK. What i found out is most people who install these professionally won't touch it because of the fiber optic cables you have behind your stereo. You may have to rewire your whole car to make it happen. I'm still searching for someone confident enough to do this job for me & not cost me $4000 to do it. If you have any luck let me know. I was trying to get this done before summer.
