Anyone know exactly what this particular msg means ?

-I've checked and I've got good pads and rotors

 

What year and model do u have?

 

I had that problem after the dealer replaced my pads roters, they had to replace the sensors!

 

ABS warning light is on a '01 CLK 430

 

Are the ABS sensors clean? or do they have metal filings from the rotors sticking to them?
Sometimes its just the filings.

Wipe the filings off the sensor and be SUPER careful when removing the sensor, it cracks as easy as glass. Don't pry on it, but wiggle and twist it after removing the screw.

check that.

And i'm NOT talking about the brake pad sensors, which slide into the brake pads.

I'm referring to the ABSsensors behing the spindles. Follow the wire.
