im new to the forum and i was thinking about getting a 430. My question is are they good cars b/c ive ben searching and i have heard alot of neg. stuff. I was just wondering if i should buy one.

 

They are great cars. And very popular among MB enthusiasts.

 

i have one. best car ever. a few electrical quirks. all under warranty so far. only thing is i wish the navigation and phone system were better. i've had it two years, and still walk up and away from the car thinking "i love this thing!" most people can't say that.

 

My aunt bought a 2004 CLK-430 from her boss with very low miles on it for $20,000. She's never had a problem since she's bought it back in 05. The only negative remarks you will probably will see are in auto magazines like C&D, Motor Trend, etc. They're always biased on imports from Japan & Korea...
