Hello!

My air con hasnt worked since i bought my car a 1999 230 Komp. When the EC light is off and the air con is on my circulation pump does not spin up. It is not getting any power into the eltromag clutch.When 12v is applied into it it runs up fine. I scaned my ecu aircon section and got code B1416 Heating water circulation pump. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Is there a relay i can check and where is it located. The fuses are all fine
