hi, any one know why i cant start my 97 c220 diesel, took it to my local auto electrician, bought a new key at over £100, had the ecu checked, was ok, dont really know what else to try. thanks robert.

 

hi there, do you mean does not crank or not firing,if not firing check for any air in fuel system.the fuel pipes are plastic so you cansee if there is any bubbles,or remove fuel filter inpect filter if ok fill fuel in filter to max with diesel should start.......

 

Try the c220 forum perhaps??
