Default Both front turning signal lights not working

Hi, Everyone.

About a week ago, my 2002 MB CL500 Sport Pkg have a couple of problems as follows;
[ol][*]Both side of front turning signal lights are not flash but the bulbs are fine. The instrument panel shows warning sign "Check Left Turning Signal Lights" and Right too, also the indicate red light flash quickly when I turn on the turning sign. Mirrors and rear sign and lights are flash normaly. Any higher advises please?[*]Front right side of body vibrating like I am on the massage chairwhen the car running around 68 mph ~ 90 mph on the freeway. I can feel its happening this side but its not a tire or wheel balances, I already check and make sure O.K a couple of times. Please help me.[/ol]
Thanks and have a good time everyone.

first there is an update for your turnsignal wire harness... should have already been previously done since your car is a 2002. new sockets and harness for a new ground points. if you remove your front turnsignal sockets and there is a wire attached to it then its been updated if no wires are attached to your bulb sockets then you need to have them installed.

Hi. Thanks a lot for your advises!!!

I have checked both sockets but there's no wire, just bulb sockets. Do I have to install new bulb sockets with bulbs? Please advise me. Thanks again! Have a nice day.
