I have a '02 C240 and want to buy the following:

Rieger side skirts and bumper
Lorinsor lip front bumber w/o fog lights
rear deck spoiler (painted black)
lowering springs (is camber necessary?)
carbon fiber hood

what price can I get evertything for? Where is the best place to find it all?

www.performanceproductrs.com. probably has all of the above. They carry quite a line for most new and older mercedes. I would fill in the form for a catalog, it is much better then their hard to navigate website.

Also www.bekkers.com might have these items.
