Default Wheel & Tire Question

Has anyone installed a larger size wheel and tire package on their W202 C-Class? I'm looking at a 17x7, 38 offset wheel with a 225/45-17 tire and was wondering if or how much tire rubbing on the wheel well I'll get. I'd love to hear from anyone that has installed aftermarket wheels and if they arehappy with the results.

my friend installed some 19's with a similar offset he gets alot of rubbing. it greatly affected his trning radius. i would go larger than 18 and if your gotta have an offset make sure you get good spacers.

Try going to www.tirerack.com and typing in your vehicle. Then hit "wheel and tire" or "wheels" and you can even
see what they would look like on your car. If you can't figure it out there, call them toll free and ask for "Luke".
Great guy and can tell you what will and won't fit.

PS>I have no connection to tire rack....just use them once in a while for tires.
