Sounds like badly machined rotors to me.
Is replacing them expensive option? Did you save old ones?

Sounds like the rotors are warped. Take the car to a discount brake shop. You don't have to take it to an M-B dealership. Ask them to check the "runout" on the rotors. If there's runout on any, ask if they can be "turned" to correct them. If they're still new enough, return them to whom you bought them from.

As long as you have stock wheels and are NOT using spacers, I agree with Lugnut (and perhaps Kajtek1, if they were indeed machined)

The "runout" on the rotors whether new OR machined is out of Specification.

Have them checked then let us know what happens.

Cheers

Anolther suggestion if the rotors are OK have the tie rods checks, W202 and W203 are notorious for early tie rod failure. But as lugnut and SL600 Cruzin suggest your problem is probably the rotors. Good advice, stay away from spacers, I bought some eibach for the rear wheels, had them mounted at a speed shop, with a good reputation for supension work and driving home the rear of the car felt like I was driving on a washboard. I returned them and got a refund. When I bought new tires I went a size wider and they didn't cause any problems. So as the "boys' said rotors or an outside chance tie rods.
