What is this line and connector?

What is this line and connector?
I have a 03 C240 V6.
While fixing the oil leak, I might have broken a connector. It's label PA6-GF30.
It's connected to the rear big pvc plastic tube on the driver side vent chamber.

What is this line? What is the connector PA6-GF30? I searched and some said it is windshield washer electric pump, some save fuel pump
controller.
