Hi All - Thanks for the excellent info on this forum. I am a new poster.

I have a C240 4 matic wagon and just bought a replacement for my driver side rear light lens. Does anyone have any tips for installing this piece, or know where I might find a diagram about how to install?

If your 240 is the same as my 230, or somewhat the same, it's a simple matter of removing the inner panel inside the trunk and
with a 1/4 inch drive set of sockets, including a deep well, removing the little nuts that hold the lens in place and pulling it straight
out from the outside. The gasket, as I remember, is part of the new lens assembly. The bulbs, etc. are easily switched from the
broken lens to the new one. Simple.
