My '01 c320 is stuck in park and will not shift. Shifter moves thru the range, but even in N, the car will not roll. When in reverse, engine idles down as if tranny engaged, but no movement. 'Little help?

BTW- the parking brake is not engaged...[8D]

I've only had the car 2 months now and haven't learned my way around it yet. Is this easily accessible or is this a tow to the dealer? Where can I find disassembly instructions for the center console? Wanted to install xm anyway...

 

you have to go under the car.

no need to remove center console.
