Need help... My 95C220 has a brabus3, 225R17,45 Yokohama C drive tires (front and rear) but driving at 60 kph and above, on uneven road surface, my steering wheel veers away suddenly. Steering appears to be very sensitive on uneven road surface. On even road surface, it drives straight... car is properly aligned.. what could be my problem, appreciate your help and advice. Does wide tires cause this steering problem???

My 97 C220 behaves in a similar way, I've tried everything without succes, so don't have an answer for you - sorry! I have the standard size/profile tyres, so I doubt if it's your tyres. I've had full suspension check by 3 different places, balancing/alignment done, new Pirreli tyres, new shocks - all to no avail.

Thanks for your feedback. Appreciate that Iam not alone with this problem. I ask Brabus technical guys about this too, and was told that the wide tires play a role. Going back to original tyre setup (skinny tires) will not have this problem... Thanks anyway... lets wait for other owners of C220 to comment on this...maybe they have a solution...
