How do you know you need to fill the system if you cannot find the reservoir? You need that to determine if the fluid level is low. Go to the power steering rack, follow the rubber hoses back to the pump and reservoir, and voila, there it is.

CAREFUL here! Don't just find the reservoir and pour a bunch of fluid in it to the top.
Your owner's manual (provided you have one) should tell you how to make sure you have
the proper amount in there. There's the HOT level and the COLD level. Don't overfill it. If you are
hearing a noise from the steering......and that's why you think you might need fluid.....find the
reservoir and read in the manual where the level should be and be certain you don't overfill the thing.
Right? OK>
