Default Service miles on the oddometer reset
Anyone help me. Im looking for a way to turn of the Negitive 5000 miles when i turn the car on. It come's on on the oddometer. I have had my car service but not dealer serviced so they couldent turn it off. Thanks

What car, what year?

If (W202), then (can help) = TRUE;

1. Turn key to ON.

2. Press "0" twice.

3. Turn key back to OFF.

4. Hold "0".

5. Turn key to ON.

6. Hold on to "0" until the bitch screams.

7. You are done, put your pants back on.

haha thats ok ,if it was not for guys like him i would be going to the dealer to spend $100 or so to have them turn it off.

Will these same directions work on a W203 (2002), or is the procedure different slightly different?
