In the time this problem happened 2 months ago I did not know I have warranty as I finished 4Yr 80K km until I called dealer and I told them probably the problem is head or valve as you told me and then they told me this car is under warranty for these stuff for 5 Yr 120K km .That is why I posted this problem at first as I tried to fix the problem by myself and I already did few step but I stop that as soon as I saw this is under warranty.

I have a similar problem at 50,000 miles. The dealer is "negotiating" with me on the repair. My warranty information is in the vehicle and I have been unable to find any specific warranty information on the web. Can you tell me the specific language in the warranty that shows this is covered?

Thanks I didn't realize you were from Canada. What part? I work for Loerex based out of Toronto. Anyway, thanks for the response. I don't think I'm going to be as fortunate as you were as far as my repair.

BEFORE YOU TEAR INTO THE MOTOR OR ANYTHING EXTREME, I OWN A 2004 C230K THAT DID THE SAME THING ABOUT A MONTH AGO. THE MECH. FOUND THAT THERE IS A HOSE BETWEEN THE SUPERCHARGER AND THE ENGINE BLOCK. START YOUR CAR AND SPRAY CARB CLEANER IN THAT DIRECTION IF THE CARS IDLE SMOOTHS OUT THEN THERE IS A VACUUM LEAK.
