Default Reset service lights

I know this must have been asked a million times already, but I have checked back 20 pages and not found the answer.
can someone please help I asked last time and wrote it down but lost the note.
How do I reset the service light on a '97 c200 please.

try:
Turn the key to "on" (not start).
With the key in "on" position, push the trip meter reset button twice quickly,
the remaining miles to next service will appear.
hold down button, and with your other hand turn the ignition off, then back to "on"
again. KEEP holding that button down. It will take about 10 seconds
the new miles (KM) remaining will appear in the odometer

close the door while doing it.

how do i reset the service reminder on 2002 model?
i have a c240 and did the oil change not at the dealership.

just do it on the multifunction steering wheel.

ignition on with engine off.

with mileage on display, scroll using the upper buttons.

I did just that and the warning still come on every time i start the ignition. but the warning doesnt stay on during driving.
