Radiator drain access?

Radiator drain access?
OK...first post. I want to drain the original coolant. Do I need to remove a lower panel to access the radiator drain plug? This is a 2002 C240.
OK....nevermind, I just dropped the plastic panel. I plan to drain original coolant, fill with water & run for a day to flush, then drain and add Zerex G-05.
