Hey guys and gals, I am so new to this forum so I hope this topic wasn't just discused. I just purchased a 2006 c230 and I'm trying to match up my bluetooth cell phone to the vehicle. I see the phone buttons on the stearing wheel and the manual does discuss this. However, I can't seem to match the phone and the vehicle up.

Anyone out there that's hooked up a phone to your vehicle can you please give me some pointers on how to match the phone with the vehicle?

hi mike does your car have the phone holder in the armrest!! If so it will unclip & on the back you should find out which phone it is compatible with.i have just purchased a C220 C Class on an 06 plate & I did this to find which phone it took,in my case the craddle was for nokia 6200,6230 &6230i I HAD A NOKIA N95 8G but have now got a 6230i which when connected in armrest gives full use of phone via car.If your car has just a standard holder like mine had & you dont want to downgrade your phone you can purchase a bluetooth adapter to go in the armrest but they are £260-£360 depending on your phone.hope this helps
