I have a 2002 C320 and when I make turns, especially over speed bumps I get a louder than usual noise, squeaky. Maybe coming from back. And it seems to be worse with colder weather.

Did you check the struts? go to the back quarter panel on each side and push up and down mabey 5 or 6 times to build a lil bit of travel momentum for the suspension and see if it makes any racket. if it does first check the bushings where the struts mount and have someone push up and down in the same fashion. if so try to lubricate it and see if it helps. if it's not that then the shock part has failed. replace it if that's the case.
