My wife just purchased a new C-class and we are looking at installing a Navigation unit (currently does not have one). We can get one online but it is loaded with Europe maps. Can I just purchase a N.America DVD and have it load the maps? If so which version can I use? There are so many on Ebay and I don't want to buy the wrong one (I don't trust what people say it will work with on there).
