I have a 2005 C240 and the middle console lid broke off and I want a replacement. Where is the best place to find something like that?

 

I am not sure if this is going to help, but I may want to try. I am also new to here, so just take my opinion as reference.

I would try eBay first. Easy to try! Then there seem to be several(?) online shops carrying MB parts. Just google it. I have all the links at home, so I can't give it to you right now. If you don't find it anywhere, you should go to MB dealer. Just buy the part only and try to do it on your own.

 

I would try junk yards, you would get the same part for much less. just a suggestion....

I got broken lid replaced w/o cost under warranty. Ditto with the peeling chrome trim on the cupholder. if you still have warranty left I'd go to dealer. Those lids are expensive.
