Bought it last year, love the car but it's had a few issues. Brakes and rotors all the way around, SC clutch, both door IR sensors, AC line replacement for a leak. All but the brakes under MB warranty next repairs will be on extended warranty.

I've had my 98' C230 for three years now, with 143,000 miles on it now. The only problem I ever had out of was the single arm windshield wiper that started dragging about two years ago. Sprayed some some lithium grease on the slide, and have not had a problem since with it. I've had domestic cars that don't last 100,000 before they start giving trouble, The Japs are hard to work on, everything is crammed in so tight. Just changed my oil today, while I was under there, I checked for any leaks from the motor and transmission, and did not find a one. For what I paid for the car and its condition, (dent free, good paint, good interior) if it blew up today, I would still come out way ahead than if I bought a overpriced domestic or Japanese vehicle. I have had Toyota Tundras, the first two an 05,and a 06 were total junk (major problems before 60,000 miles). The 07 so far has been a lot better, I have 67,000 miles on it. Toyota was slacking on there reputation there for a while.
