Default MB C230K Sedan sunroof problem

Hi,

When I push the button of the sunroof it hesitates and moves a little bit. For example in order to open the sunroof fully I have to push the button maybe for 10 times. Also when I leave the sunroof open the trip computer does not say anymore that the sunroof is left open. What might be the problem?

Thanks,

it has lost the initialization.

initialize it again so that the control module can remember the fully close and open position via hall sensor from the motor.

press the button up on tilt function for about 3 seconds or until you hear a very faint click.

Hey thanks a lot. It started working again But why did I have this problem? The manual says that synchronizing should be done if battery has been disconnected, sunroof has been manually opened, after a malfunction. None of these happened to me.

Thanks again,

sometimes the voltage drops when you start the car or on other reason.
