Default Master mechanics input needed!!! HELP!

I recently purchased a 2003 C240 and it needs the air compressor, acumilator, and expansion valve changed. I usually do most of the service work on my vehicles myself but, I have never worked on a mercedes. Is there any electrical work that will need to be done after these parts are changed and the system is charged??? Thanks for your advice!

the same as any other ac system, if you have the EC light on on your ac pushbutton unit you might need to clear the codes before the AC system will work.....i think on your car the reciever drier is part of the condenser , there is no "can", the R/D is a cartridge that gets replaced. on the side of the condensor or across the bottom of the condenser. the expansion valve youll have to remove the wiper and cowling. compressor you might have to remove the lower motor mount bolts to raise the engine up to acess all the compressor bolts, the subframe sits close to the compressor. if you have a 2 wheel drive you might not have to raise the engine.
