Folks,
I recently ordered a "DVD Manual" for basic maintenance items for my C240 from manualsunlimited.com (a link from this site) for about $53. Long story short, the DVD never came, lots of excuses in broken english email, an offer to refund but no refund, etc, etc. I am currently working with my credit card company to get my money back, but I may have had a $53 learning experience!
Does anyone have a good story about these folks?? If not, why are they a link from the website?
