Leaking from washer Tank. Any easy fix?
I heard this is a common problem with W202 model, Is that true?, My washer tank is leaking and I have not take it out and take a look at the tank. I just want todouble check if I should buy a new tank or maybe you guys have any advise to fix this.</P>
Thanks for the input</P>
I had the same problem on my c230 1997, and it was a small black seal or rubber plug that you can look at if you are in front of it, it only cost me 3 or 4 dollars, or something ridiculos like that, you can find it on line at all those generic mercedes resellers. <edited><editID>harryfrank</editID><editDate>38061.6277083333</editDate></edited>
I took the tank out and MYAMG is right, the o-seal ring between the washer motor and the tank is broken. Just ordered from BMA for 95 cents. Thanks for info.</P>
