RE: I wanna supercharge my c240
with out being a wet blanket it is very hard to get additional hp out of a car like you want.
i wouldnt go with lugnuts idea as he said u will get greedy and caboom.
There may be an aftermarket turbo or options for your car look around these things
mosselman, carlssons and search around lots
i swear those too are spelt wrong but meh.
To be honest it would be easier to buy a bigger engined car, prolly cheaper to.
u will be prolly be looking around 8-10k$ US and you could get a shop to turbo it for you and you could expect maby 50-100hp more

Why don't you sell your C240 & just get a C230 Kompressor & there you have gone from 168bhp to 189bhp almost overnite and you get to have your supercharger. Am I full of good ideas or what?
Give me a medal someone!
I should charge you for that piece of advice!!!!

Hello Mastermayhm,
I also own a 2005 C240 and I have been looking for performance parts for week but no luck.
You can get serious HP (260) from Kleeman supercharger, but it's over $10,000 (which is just not reasonable).
Brabus has engine capacity upgrade (272-300hp) but I expact it to be more than $10,000 also.
So I looked for cold air intake, header, and exhaust, but I have not found good product for reasonable price.
I found remus exhaust and eisenmann exhaust and they cost about $500 to $900 and they only add 5 to 7hp.
I have not found any cold air intake yet.
I heard about evosports UD pully $300(?) adding 15hp, but have not seen a decent website for this product.
I plan to spend about $3000 to add about 40hp.
I guess we are in the same ship. Let me know if you find good parts for low price.
