Hi there..

I have a small problem with my car.. It is a 2008 MB 200 CDI.. So, it's a new car! Anyway i changed oil few days ago in the engine but i did it myself and now i dont know how to reset the service message? Does anyone of u know how to do this!? I hope there is a trick to delete the service message!

try ur owners manual first. then try 2 get a cd manual it should tell u how 2 do it. dont know if u will find it on here but do a search cuz its an 08.

 

Close door, first turn key into position 1 . then Press and hold "Accept (phone button)" on the steering wheel for 1 sec and then press and hold "OK" on the steering wheel until the menu comes up on the display. Choose option to reset service.

This is VERY tricky to do... I have only been able to get to the menu once over numerous attempts. Don't give up until you get it!
