What are you hoping to feel at the pedal? I'm sure that's where your concern is, no? Wanna feel like you're a rocket, bolting from the light?

Oh, yeah, most definitely! You could start with moving from the C-Class to maybe the AMG E-Class, and I'm sure you will feel the G's when you jump off the light.

Or just go from a c320 to an AMG C class. Or do what I have done is replace the stock air filter with a K and N air filter. The gain is not dramatic but it is said to give an extra 3or4 bhp.

Full Synthetic Oil Change
Change out Air Filter
Change out Fuel Filter
Properly Pressurize your Tires
Lighten your Car Load
Upgrade to a Power Chip

Those small changes will definitely increase your acceleration from a dead stop
Consequently, those small things, if not done and left to languish will definitely
decrease overall MB performance and reliability.

I know what you mean. There is a lag if you stomp it from a dead stand still. You could definately spin the tires if it would just take off with full power of the motor off the line. I would think there would be a chip out there that would unleash the power. I know if you take off the traction control it helps a little but still not using all the motors power off the line.
