Unhappy HELP!!!! How does one remove seized bolts from Auto box oil pan?

Re my previous post on Planned service on W203 2001 C Class Auto Gearbox gone wonky.!!!
I refuse to let a bucket of bolts and nuts get the better of me.
When i had a go i managed to loosen 2 of the bolts and didn't battle with them but the other 4 just do not loosen and seem frozen in the bolt holes. i sprayed penetrating oil on them ,tapped them with a hammer and still no luck.
Would using an impact driver on them loosen them?
I need to change the filter because the bloody thin groans like a dog when i turn the key on in the morning but goes away when it warms up.
There are no leaks. Thank goodness.
Please chaps help,
