Help cant reset service indicator

new 2019 C300 4Matic
can anyone tell me how to reset the service indicator?
i tried the method i know from before (holding the phone and ok button and ignition in 1) but that not working
idk if its cause this one is the 2019 one or what?
any help is appreciated thanks
