Whats a good price to get my front brake pads replaced? I have searched and I found some dealers charge $50 per side. So, is $100 a good price for a front brake pad replacement?

I paid around $35 a pad at my dealer. I am a member of the MercedesBenzClubofAmerica. With membership you get a discount of up to 20% on parts.
Shop around if there are other dealers in the area. I have found all of them price parts differently. I have a great example of this on a battery I bought, and a new Smart Key.

 

If you do your own work, Performance Parts is reasonable for auto parts.

 

I thinking I will do it my self. There is a local shop where I can use there lift for $15 an hour and it has A/C. Any tips for removing the calipers? For pads I was looking at going to AutoZone because they have the Life Time Warranty. Does anyone make ceramic pads for the C-Class?
