Fiber Connection for 6 Disk CD Changer

Fiber Connection for 6 Disk CD Changer
Hello All,
I'm a new 2006 C230 owner and need help installing a CD changer that I bought from ebay.
The question I have is the Fiber cable I have for the changer has 3 heads. One side which has a HU sticker I plugged in to the head unit, another side that says CDC I connected to the CD changer, no problem. But there is another side that says Passenger!!! Where do I plug that in? If I leave it hanging I guess the Fiber ring breaks. Do I have a wrong cable?!
