Default Elec probs

Just found this forum and already solved a couple of probs I had. My battery was completely discharged and swapped out batteries. I got the windows to operate and the radio to function. I cant trace this prob though.....my turn sigs, e-flashers and windsheild wiper do not operate. I`ve checked all the fuses and they check OK. I`ve traced the system and of course the turn sigs and e flashers share a fuse and the windshield wiper system shares a common fuse, it seems to me that finding and replacing the fuses common to both systems would solve the prob....any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Its a 2000 C-230 Kompressor. Also upon further troubleshooting, I have found that the rear window defroster, the rear head rests button, horn does not work. I recently changed batts but my girlfriend said this problem was before. She also said that she drove the car in a storm and the horn was blowing and would not shut off and then when she started it the next day nothing worked. I have replaced all the fuses that have that circuit in common, its a 15A in the # 41 slot. Thanks for the reply

MikeB, the only common thing i find is that they both use fuse #22.

please check it first then come back here if it's still not ok.

Just looking at the drawings, correct me if I am wrong..the SAM is the entire fuse / relay box?? Can this be replaced without a dealer and does anyone have an idea what it costs?

I pulled the fuse / relay box. Is the SAM the thin black box on the underside of the relay module?? Will removing this wipe everything else out that does work??
