thanks alot for the help chassis , the problem was the e-brakes, but being too tight was not the problem, the problem was that the dumbass that changed my rear brakes at the dealer i went too broke my whole emergency brake system, i took it too a brake specialist today and when they took off my rotors and all that stuff a bunch of springs and other stuff popped out!!!! but to fix it isen't too bad 150$ to fix both side, recommended by mercedes, so lets see how it goes

 

you should simply go back to that dealer and complain. they have job order record for your repair, and they will do it again for free.

one reason those parking brakes can broke is when you replace a spare tire and use the long screws instead of the shorter one included.

 

yeah i tried to have them re-do it but my 30 days warrantywas already up i even had the mechanic do a write up of what was wrong with my car, all they said was you have to talk to my boss, which whom is rarely there, and they guy that i as talking to excuse was, well we already changed your brakes we already help u out.... those a-holess
