Default Does $240 sound fair for a new speaker cover?

I have a 2004 C230 Kompressor Sport Sedan. I want to replace the front passenger side speaker cover. I just talked to the dealership. They said $125 for the part & approximately 1 hour labor at $115/hr, so a total of $225-$240 to replace the speaker cover. Sound fair to you guys?

yes because the door panel needs to be disassembled and the speaker cover needs to be melted back onto the door panel. but to remove the speaker cover the door pocket needs to come off because it sits under the door speaker cover. its not just a simple replacement.

Default Yes

Funny that I have the same question but for a 129. I went to the local Car Stereo GuRu and he said that he needed to take the door apart cut out the speaker and cover since it was hot glued in place from behind and then recover with a cloth. The put it back together. He would charge $ 125 per door and needed 4 days to do the work overall. He said very labor intensive. So my question is --- Where can I get fabric to match my 2000 MB 500 SL - 129?
