Debadging?

Default Debadging?

Hey.
im keem to remove my c280 badge off the boot (trunk) of my car and i was wondering how to do this.
like do i just pri it off? and what will be under it? will the paint be faded or have any glue under it that will leave unwanted residue or anything?
any help appreciated :-)

it's just a double sided sticker.

better douse it with hot water first to soften the sticker.

the paint will not come off if you will use a soft scraper (eg. teflon).

its not a thin sticker its a thick badge, this would still be sweet ah?

i know what it is.

i thought we are talking about the thing that sticks to the car?

the badge that you are talking about is vehicle TYPE DESIGNATION. it's not a BADGE.

i didnt know it was called that.
i went out and removed it with hot water and just rubbed off the left over sticky tape stuff.
i was just confused when you said its just a double sided sticker and i confused stuff with the word badge, but yea sorted now
