Hey fellas,
One of the lights on my 2000 c230k dashboard has died. I am mecanichally inclined and was wondering if changing these lights is complicated and were do you find the replacement bulbs?
Thanks for the help,
Alex.

First thing you need are the dash pulling tools, it is a press fit, Once that is done, it is pretty easy to replace the lights bulbs, if you going to replace one, replace all, as if one is gone all will probably burn out. All parts are available at your nearest dealer. One word, be very careful on how you pull the dash pod, there should be some small indents on the sides around 8 and 5 positions (think hand of a clock) there is where the tools go, you slide them in with the hook end facing up or down and slowly turn them once you "inside" the pod. they will catch and pull back straight and very gently. The steering wheel will be in the way, once you get it part way out, pull more on the right side of the pod as you want to try a get it out and side it to the right of the steering wheel, if it gets hung up, press in the right side with your end a bit and then pull the tool on both sides evenly. The dealer removes the steering wheel to do this. Make sure you steering wheel is pulled as far out as possible and the pod should come out and slide to the right.
